Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengalihan uang kembalian kedalam bentuk
makanan sesuai dengan Undang-undang Perlindungan Konsumen di Indonesia.
Tujuan ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang pengalihan uang kembalian kedalam bentuk penambahan makanan ini sudah sesuai dengan Undang-undang Perlindungan Konsumen atau belum. Pada dasarnya pengalihan uang kembalian kedalam bentuk penambahan makanan ini sebenarnya menyalahi ketentuan yang ada dalam Undang-Undang Perlindungan. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan yaitu yuridis normatif. Pendekatan masalahnya pada penelitian ini menggunakan Statue Approach, dan Conceptual Approach. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengalihan uang kembalian kedalam bentuk penambahan makanan tidak sesuai dengan Undang-undang Perlindungan Konsumen dimana pelaku usaha dianggap telah melanggar hak-hak konsumen dan juga kewajibannya sebagai pelaku usaha. Pelaku usaha dianggap telah merugikan konsumen dan juga harus memberi pertanggungjawaban beupa ganti rugi kepada konsumen./ This research discusses the transfer of change into food in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the transfer of change money into food supplements is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law or not. Fundamentally, the transfer of change money into additional food actually violates the provisions in the Consumer Protection Law. The type of research used is normative juridical. The approach method in this research uses the Statue Approach and Conceptual Approach. The conclusion of this research is that the transfer of change money into additional food is not in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law where business actors are deemed to have violated consumer rights and also their obligations as business actors. Business actors are deemed to have harmed consumers and must also provide
responsibility in the form of compensation to consumers.
