In the last 3 decades, researches have been conducted for the side effects of cognitive function in patients called Chemotherapy Induced Cognitive Impairment (CICI) or Chemobrain. Chemotherapy agents that can enter the Central Nervous System and cause damage to the frontal lobe and hippocampus, which control executive function and memory, cause these side effects. This research is conducted to know the association between chemotherapy cycles and a reduction in cognitive function among breast cancer patients. This research is a cross-sectional study that involves giving out the FACTCog questionnaire to assess cognitive function. A total of 36 breast cancer patients that were undergoing chemotherapy in Pavilion Umum Rumah Sakit Siloam were obtained. The data was analyzed using the One-Way ANOVA method. The FACT-Cog questionnaire has 4 domains. For this research only the cognitive function domain and the total score of the 4 domains are analyzed. From the analysis of the results, there is no association between the chemotherapy cycles and cognitive function with a p-value of 0.990 and 0.861 / Pada 3 dekade terakhir, diteliti adanya efek samping pada fungsi kognitif pasien yang biasa disebut Chemotherapy Induced Cognitive Impairment (CICI) atau Chemobrain. Efek samping tersebut disebabkan oleh kemoterapi yang dapat menembus sistem saraf pusat, merusak lobus frontal dan hipokampus yang memiliki fungsi eksekutif dan memori. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara siklus kemoterapi dengan penurunan fungsi kognitif pada pasien kanker payudara. Penelitian ini merupakan studi potong lintang dengan membagikan kuesioner FACT-Cog untuk menilai fungsi kognitif. Didapatkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 56 pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi di Paviliun Umum Rumah Sakit Siloam. Data di analisis menggunakan metode One Way Anova. Kuesioner FACT-Cog memiliki 4 domain. Dalam penelitian ini hanya domain fungsi kognitif dan total nilai dari keempat domain yang dianalisis. Dari hasil analisis tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan antara siklus kemoterapi terhadap fungsi kognitif dengan p-value 0.990 dan 0.861.
