This internship report consists of five chapters. In chapter one explain about the background the occurrence of unhealthy competition, mainly describes the case between Wen Ken Drug Co., (PTE) Ltd and PT. Kinocare Era Kosmetindo against Budi Yuwono (PT Sinde Budi Sentosa), and also describes the purpose of the internship is performed, followed by the elaboration of the scope and limitations of the internship, the time and location of the internship, Which are then ended with systematic of writing.
