Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran corporate social responsibility dalam memoderasi kepemilikan institusional dan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor manufaktur di ngeara Indonesia yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2020-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel data sekunder dari 75 perusahaan sektor manufaktur yang menghasilkan data sebanyak 225 data observasi sesuai dengan kriteria penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, kepemilikan manajerial memberikan pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, corporate social sesponsbility mampu memperkuat secara positif hubungan antara kepemilikan institusional terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dan corporate social responsibility tidak memperkuat hubungan antara kepemilikan manajerial terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Implikasi dari penelitian ditujukan bagi perusahaan untuk mempertimbangkan pengambilan keputusan terkait peningkatan kinerja perusahaan serta kegiatan tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan perusahaan. Pemerintah dapat menjadikan laporan keberlanjutan sebagai salah satu laporan yang harus dilaksanakan oleh perusahaan di Indonesia. / This research aims to determine the role of corporate social responsibility in moderating institutional ownership and managerial ownership on the performance of manufacturing companies in the Indonesian region listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2020 to 2022. The study employs a quantitative method, using secondary data samples from 75 manufacturing companies, resulting in a total of 225 observation data points that meet the assessment criteria. The research findings indicate that institutional ownership does not significantly influence company performance, while managerial ownership has a significantly positive effect on company performance. Corporate social responsibility positively strengthens the relationship between institutional ownership and company performance, but it does not enhance the relationship between managerial ownership and company performance. The implications of the study are directed towards companies to consider decision-making related to improving company performance and corporate social and environmental responsibility activities. The government may consider sustainability reporting as one of the mandatory reports to be implemented by companies in Indonesia.
