This research was conducted to determine the effect of principal leadership and teacher competence on teacher satisfaction and teacher performance with the mediation of teacher motivation at the SD XYZ Bekasi Branch. This research uses a quantitative approach using analytical methods to determine the influence of the coefficients of the research variables. The research involved the entire population of teachers at XYZ Elementary School, Bekasi Branch, totalling 123 people. The data analysis technique was carried out using the method PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square -Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). The results show that teacher competence, teacher satisfaction, and teacher motivation have a positive effect on teacher performance. In addition, principal leadership and teacher motivation have a positive effect on teacher satisfaction. The findings also show that teacher motivation mediates the effect of principal leadership on teacher performance and mediates the effect of teacher competence on teacher performance. / Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh principal leadership, teacher competence terhadap teacher satisfaction dan teacher performace dengan mediasi teacher motivation di SD XYZ Cabang Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisa korelasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh koefisien dari variabel-variabel penelitian. Penelitian melibatkan seluruh populasi guru di SD XYZ Cabang Bekasi sejumlah 123 orang. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teacher competence, teacher satisfaction, dan teacher motivation berpengaruh positif terhadap teacher performance. Temuan lain principal leadership dan teacher motivation berpengaruh positif terhadap teacher satisfaction. Sedangkan principal leadership dan teacher competence berpengaruh positif terhadap teacher motivation. Hasil temuan juga menunjukkan teacher motivation memediasi pengaruh principal leadership terhadap teacher performance dan memediasi pengaruh teacher competence terhadap teacher performance.
