Abstract
The spread of the Covid-19 virus has resulted in many changes in various aspects of life. One of the aspects most affected is the education sector where the teaching and learning process must be carried out online. Learning activities are starting to slowly change to hybrid after the Covid-19 pandemic. Student learning motivation is an important part that teachers must pay attention to after the pandemic because student learning motivation has a big influence on the process of continuing learning and student achievement. Several factors that influence student learning motivation include the role of parents, teacher creativity in teaching and student interest in learning. This research uses a multi-variable type of correlational research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 116 respondents. The results of this research show that the role of parents, teacher creativity and learning interest, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant effect on students' learning motivation during the Covid-19 post- pandemic. / Penyebaran virus Covid-19 mengakibatkan banyak perubahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Salah satu aspek yang paling terdampak adalah sektor pendidikan dimana proses belajar mengajar harus dilakukan secara daring. Kegiatan pembelajaran mulai berubah perlahan menjadi hybrid pasca pandemi covid-19. Motivasi belajar siswa menjadi salah satu bagian penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh pengajar pasca pandemi dikarenakan motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh besar terhadap proses keberlangsungan belajar dan prestasi peserta didik. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa diantaranya adalah peran orang tua, kreativitas guru dalam mengajar dan minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian korelasional jenis multi variabel dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 116 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran orang tua, kreatvitas guru, dan minat belajar, baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pasca pandemi covid-19.
