Abstract
Penurunan kinerja individu dapat berdampak pada keberhasilan organisasi secara keseluruhan, maka manajemen organisasi harus memperhatikan kinerja karyawan. Hal ini juga dialami oleh perusahaan konstruksi, karena faktor kinerja dan manajemen waktu yang baik merupakan hal yang krusial dalam proses perusahaan konstruksi kontraktor. Kondisi yang dialami oleh PT XYZ saat ini adalah terjadi ketidakadilan organisasi dan lemahnya dukungan organisasi sehingga menyebabkan penurunan kinerja setiap karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dukungan organisasi dan keadilan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja kontraktor XYZ di Jakarta yang berjumlah 85 responden. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, keadilan organisasi pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja/A decline in individual performance can affect the success of the organization as a whole, so it is important for organizational management to pay attention to employee performance. This is also experienced by construction companies, because performance factors is crucial in the construction company. The conditions currently experienced by PT XYZ. This research aims to examine the influence of organizational support and organizational justice on performance through job satisfaction. The research uses quantitative methods, and data analysis techniques use the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The sample of the research was XYZ contractor workers in Jakarta, totaling 85 respondents. The research results found that organizational support had a significant effect on performance, organizational justice had a significant effect on performance, job satisfaction had a significant effect on performance
