Abstract

Mengasingkan dunia bisnis yang ontis (Ontisch) dengan dunia kehidupan yang ontologis (Ontologisch) pemilik usaha adalah sebuah absurditas. Dunia kehidupan merupakan dunia keseharian dimana pemilik usaha bermukim bersama (Mitsein) keluarga, komunitas, dan bekerja. Di situlah suasana hatinya disituasikan. Ketakutan (Furcht), kecemasan (Angst), memahami (Verstehen), kepedulian (Sorge) merupakan kemampuan eksistensial para pebisnis sebagai mode of being (Seinart) dalam kesehariannya, berciri pra-pemahman (Vorstruktur Des Verstens), pra-reflektif, pra-kognitif, dan pra-pengetahuan. Perasaan eksistensial ini jugalah yang melahirkan rancangan masa depan (Entwurf) pemilik usaha dalam menentukan visi dan starategi inovasi bisnis mereka. Fenomenologi dalam arti ini berupaya menangkap dan mendeskripsikan praktik-praktik pemilik usaha yang impulsif dan spontan itu.
