Abstract

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, sebuah permainan daring (online) yang populer, telah menjadi fenomena kultural yang signifikan di kalangan pemain di Surabaya, Indonesia, dan di seluruh dunia. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian inibertujuan untuk menggali pengaruh Mobile Legends terhadap perilaku dan persepsi pemain di Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy,Social Influence terhadap Purchase Intention yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioural Use.Manfaat yang diharapkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan terhadap ilmu manajemen serta mengenai pengaruh dari variabel-variabel yang ada dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bersifat kausal dengan metode kuantitatif dan dengan menggunakan software AMOS 22.0 untuk membantu mengolah data primer dari 125 pemain Mobile Legends di Surabaya yang berhasil dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Teknik Snowball Sampling. Karakteristik responden yang ada dalam penelitian ini yaitu pria dan wanita, berusia 18-60 Tahun, berdomisili di Surabaya, dan pernah melakukan transaksi pembelian minimal 2 kali dalam 1 tahun terakhir Pada penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention yaituPerformance Expectancy, dan yang berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadapPurchase Intention adalah Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, , dan yang berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Behavioural Use adalah Purchase Intention Kata Kunci: Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Purchase Intention, Behavioural Use / Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, a popular online game, has emerged as a significant cultural phenomenon among players in Surabaya, Indonesia, and worldwide. In this context, this research aims to explore the influence of Mobile Legends on player behavior and perception in Surabaya. The study specifically investigates the effects of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Social Influence on Purchase Intention, which, in turn, significantly influences Behavioural Use. The anticipated benefits of this research include expanding insights and knowledge in management science, particularly regarding the influences of the variables examined. Employing a causal approach with quantitative methods, the study utilizes AMOS 22.0 software to analyze primary data collected from 125 Mobile Legends players in Surabaya, sampled through the Snowball Sampling technique. Respondents in this study include both male and female players aged 18-60, residing in Surabaya, and having conducted a minimum of 2 purchase transactions in the last year. The findings reveal that Performance Expectancy positively and significantly influences Purchase Intention, while Effort Expectancy and Social Influence do not significantly affect Purchase Intention.
