Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi di era modern membuat berbelanja menjadi jauh lebih mudah. Berkat adanya media internet, konsumen yang tidak mempunyai waktu untuk pergi ke toko fisik dapat memilih berbelanja secara online, dimana toko online sudah banyak terdapat di Indonesia. Meski aplikasi melakukan pembayaran, namun masih banyak biaya tersembunyi yang harus dibayarkan pengguna saat melakukan pembayaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi loyalty intention dan perceived value melalui perceived information quality antara lain interactivity, online completeness, ease of use, entertainment, dan trust pada pengguna Blibli di Surabaya. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived value dan loyalty intention. Penelitian ini bersifat kausal dengan metode kuantitatif dan dengan menggunakan software AMOS 22.0 untuk membantu mengolah data primer dari 100 pengguna Blibli di Surabaya yang berhasil dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik Snowball Sampling. Karakteristik responden yang ada dalam penelitian ini yaitu pria dan wanita, berusia 18-60 Tahun, berdomisili di Surabaya, Pernah berbelanja melalui Blibli. Pada penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa dari lima variabel seluruhnya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap information quality dan perceveid value loyalty berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention./ The rapid development of technology in the modern era has significantly facilitated the shopping experience. Thanks to the presence of the internet, consumers who lack time to visit physical stores can opt for online shopping, where various online stores are widely available in Indonesia. Although the Blibli.com application is designed to streamline user payments, there are still hidden costs that users must bear when making transactions. The purpose of this research is to analyze the variables influencing loyalty intention and perceived value through perceived information quality, including interactivity, online completeness, ease of use, entertainment, and trust among Blibli users in Surabaya. The benefits of this study are to understand the influence of perceived value and loyalty intention. This research is causal and employs a quantitative method, utilizing AMOS 22.0 software to process primary data collected from 100 Blibli users in Surabaya through Snowball Sampling technique. The characteristics of respondents in this study include both men and women aged 18-60, residing in Surabaya, and having experience shopping through Blibli. The results reveal that all five variables have a positive and significant impact on information quality, and perceived value loyalty has a positive and significant influence on intention.
