Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Economically dependent solo self-employed terhadap Skill discretion, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Economically dependent solo self-employed terhadap Rewards, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Economically dependent solo self-employed terhadap Autonomy, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Economically dependent solo self-employed memiliki pengaruh terhadap Work Engagement, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Necessity self-employment terhadap Skill discretion, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Necessity self-employment terhadap Rewards, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Necessity self-employment terhadap Autonomy, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Necessity self-employment terhadap Work Engagement, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Skill discretion terhadap Work Engagement, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Rewards terhadap Work Engagement, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Autonomy terhadap Work Engagement, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Economically dependent solo self-employed terhadap Work Engagement dengan Skill discretion sebagai variabel mediasi, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Economically dependent solo self-employed terhadap Work Engagement dengan Rewards sebagai variabel mediasi, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Economically dependent solo self-employed terhadap Work Engagement dengan Autonomy sebagai variabel mediasi, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Necessity self-employment terhadap Work Engagement dengan Skill discretion sebagai variabel mediasi, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Necessity self-employment terhadap Work Engagement dengan Rewards sebagai variabel mediasi, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Necessity self-employment terhadap Work Engagement dengan Autonomy sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuisioner yang digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Kuisioner dibagikan kepada orang yang telah memulai menjadi wiraswasta minimal 1 tahun terakhir dan berdomisili di Jakarta. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa economically dependent solo self-employed berpengaruh positif terhadap skill discretion, economically dependent solo self-employed berpengaruh positif terhadap rewards, economically dependent solo self-employed berpengaruh positif terhadap autonomy, economically dependent solo self-employed memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap work engagement, necessity self-employment berpengaruh positif terhadap skill discretion, necessity self-employment berpengaruh positif terhadap rewards, necessity self-employment berpengaruh positif terhadap autonomy, necessity self-employment berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement, economically dependent solo self-employed berpengaruh positif terhadap rewards, rewards berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement, autonomy positif terhadap terhadap work engagement, economically dependent solo self-employed berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement dengan skill discretion sebagai variabel mediasi, economically dependent solo self-employed berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement dengan rewards sebagai variabel mediasi, economically dependent solo self-employed berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement dengan autonomy sebagai variabel mediasi, necessity self-employment berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement dengan skill discretion sebagai variabel mediasi, necessity self-employment berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement dengan rewards sebagai variabel mediasi dan necessity self-employment berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement dengan autonomy.. / The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Economically dependent solo self-employed on Skill discretion, to determine the influence of Economically dependent solo self-employed on Rewards, to determine the influence of Economically dependent solo self-employed on Autonomy, to determine the influence of Economically dependent solo self-employed employed has an influence on Work Engagement, to determine the influence of Necessity self-employment on Skill discretion, to determine the influence of Necessity self-employment on Rewards, to determine the influence of Necessity self-employment on Autonomy, to determine the influence of Necessity self-employment on Work Engagement, to to find out the effect of Skill discretion on Work Engagement, to find out the effect of Rewards on Work Engagement, to find out the effect of Autonomy on Work Engagement, to find out the effect of Economically dependent solo self-employed on Work Engagement with Skill discretion as a mediating variable, to find out the effect of Economically dependent solo self -employed on Work Engagement with Rewards as a mediating variable, to find out the effect of Economically dependent solo self-employed on Work Engagement with Autonomy as a mediating variable, to find out the effect of Necessity self-employment on Work Engagement with Skill discretion as a mediating variable, to find out the effect of Necessity self-employment on Work Engagement with Rewards as a mediating variable, to determine the effect of Necessity self-employment on Work Engagement with Autonomy as a mediating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire used as a data collection method. Questionnaires were distributed to people who had started becoming entrepreneurs for at least 1 year and were domiciled in Jakarta. The data analysis method in this research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) application. The results of the research show that economically dependent solo self-employed has a positive influence on skill discretion, economically dependent solo self-employed has a positive influence on rewards, economically dependent solo self-employed has a positive influence on autonomy, economically dependent solo self-employed has a positive influence on work engagement , necessity self-employment has a positive effect on skill discretion, necessity self-employment has a positive effect on rewards, necessity self-employment has a positive effect on autonomy, necessity self-employment has a positive effect on work engagement, economically dependent solo self-employed has a positive effect on rewards, rewards have a positive effect on work engagement, autonomy has a positive effect on work engagement, economically dependent solo self-employed has a positive effect on work engagement with skill discretion as a mediating variable, economically dependent solo self-employed has a positive effect on work engagement with rewards as a mediating variable, economically dependent solo self-employed has a positive effect on work engagement with rewards as a mediating variable, dependent solo self-employed has a positive effect on work engagement with autonomy as a mediating variable, necessity self-employment has a positive effect on work engagement with skill discretion as a mediating variable, necessity self-employment has a positive effect on work engagement with rewards as a mediating variable and necessity self-employment employment has a positive effect on work engagement and autonomy..
