Abstract
Di era globalisasi ini, jumlah merek dan produk yang bersaing di pasar meningkat secara signifikan sehingga konsumen memiliki banyak pilihan dan alternatif produk dan jasa yang bebas dipilih untuk dapat memenuhi keinginan dan kebutuhannya. Setiap merek dan produk harus mampu menjaga product quality, brand image, perceived price untuk memicu purchase intention yang berujung pada pembentukan emotional response pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin melihat pengaruh product quality, brand image, dan perceived price terhadap purchase intention. Selain itu, untuk melihat pengaruh product quality, brand image, dan perceived price terhadap emotional response, dan purchase intention terhadap emotional response. Adapun teori yang digunakan adalah teori Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dari responden yang merupakan atlet nasional basket yang pernah atau sedang berlaga di liga nasional yang menggunakan sepatu merek Nike. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 416 responden. Pengolahan data pada penelitian menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa product quality, brand image dan perceived price berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. Ketiga variabel dependen tersebut dan variabel mediasi purchase intention juga berpengaruh positif terhadap emotional response. Penelitian ini diharapakan dapat memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan untuk pengambilan keputusan suatu perusahaan guna memaksimalkan pangsa pasarnya melalui peningkatan product quality, brand image, dan perceived price agar dapat menarik minat beli pelanggan.
