Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tiga variabel independen, yakni entrepreneurship education, financial support dan market availability terhadap entrepreneurial intention dengan entrepreneurial attitude sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakann pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner online. Data dikumpulkan dari 160 pada mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen di Provinsi Jawa Timur, untuk kemudian dianalisis melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara entrepreneurship education, financial support dan market availability terhadap entrepreneurial intention dengan entrepreneurial attitude sebagai variabel mediasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan implikasi manajerial berupa pertimbangan bagi pemerintah, tenaga pendidik maupun pihak swasta guna meningkatkan aspek-aspek yang telah dikaji melalui pembentukan kebijakan dan program yang bertujuan untuk mendorong kewirausahaan pada generasi muda. / This research aims to determine entrepreneurship education, financial support, market availability with entrepreneurial intention on entrepreneurial attitude mediation. This research used a quantitative approach by collecting data through online questionnaires from 160 Management Study Program students in East Java Province, which is analyzed using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling) software and interpreted by the researcher. The results of this research indicated that there is a significant relationship between entrepreneurship education, financial support and market availability on entrepreneurial intentions with entrepreneurial attitudes as a mediating variable. It can be used to make managerial implications for the government, educational staff and the private sector to develop the aspects that have been studied through the formation of policies and programs that aimed to encourage entrepreneurship in the younger generation.
