Abstract

Mayoritas mahasiswa di Indonesia lebih memilih mencari pekerjaan setelah lulus daripada memulai bisnis sendiri. Sangat penting untuk menumbuhkan perspektif baru di luar perspektif pekerja setelah lulus kepada mahasiswa. Banyak faktor yang dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk memulai sebuah usaha. Masalah utama rendahnya minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha dikarenakan mahasiswa kurang menyadari akan arti pentingnya urgensi menjadi pemuda yang mandiri dalam hal berwirausaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan (PK), kreativitas (KR) dan pola pikir kewirausahaan (PPK) terhadap minat berwirausaha (MB) yang dimediasi oleh efikasi diri (ED) pada mahasiswa di Kota Makassar. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel menggunakan metode inverse square root dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini 155 orang mahasiswa. Data yang diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 263 responden. Pengolahan data menggnakan PLS-SEM dengan software 4.0. Hasil penelitian bahwa secara langsung dan tiddak langsung pendidikan kewirausahaan, kreativitas, pola pikir kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa di kota Makassar. Efikasi diri mampu memoderasi hubungan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan. Kreativitas dan pola pikir kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa di Kota Makassar. Kepada mahasiswa diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai keterkaitan pendidikan kewirausahaan, kreativitas, pola pikir kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri yang menjadi faktor penting yang dapat menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa sehingga mahasiswa dapat memaksimalkan faktor-faktor tersebut agar mampu menjadi seorang wirausahawan. / The majority of students in Indonesia prefer to find a job after graduation rather then start their own business. It is important to cultivate a new perspective beyond the perspective of workers after graduating from college students. Many factors can influence students’ interest in starting a business. The main problem is the low interest of students in entrepreneurship because students are less aware of the importance of the urgency of being independent in terms of entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of entrepreneurship education (PK), creativity (KR), and entrepreneurial mindset (PPK) on entrepreneurial interest (MB) mediated by self- efficacy (ED) in students in Makassar City. Data obtained using questionnaires were distributed to 263 respondents. Data processing uses PLS-SEM with 4.0 software. The results of the research that directly and indirectly entrepreneurship education, creativity, entrepreneurial mindset, and self-efficacy have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in students in Makassar City. Students are expected to provide information regarding the interconnectedness of entrepreneurial education, creativity, entrepreneurial mindset, and self-efficacy, which are important factors in fostering entrepreneurial interest among students. This way, students can maximize these factors to become successful entrepreneurs.
