Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan langsung antara attitude towards entrepreneurship, social norms towards entrepreneurship, perceived behavioral control, proactive personality terhadap entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa/I dari beberapa kampus di JABODETABEK. Melalui penggunaan SmartPLS 4.1.0.0 pada 175 responden, analisis data menghasilkan temuan sebagai berikut: Pertama, attitude toward entrepreneurship berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan kewirausahaan. Kedua, perceived behavioral control yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat kewirausahaan. Ketiga, social norms toward entrepreneurship berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat kewirausahaan. Keempat, proactive personality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat kewirausahaan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa, serta implikasinya dalam pengembangan program pendidikan dan pembangunan jiwa kewirausahaan di lingkungan akademik/This study aims to examine the direct relationships between behavior, social norms, perceived behavioral control, proactive personality, and entrepreneurial intention among students of the Management Department in various Universities in JABODETABEK. By using SmartPLS 4.1.0.0 with 175 respondents, data analysis yielded the following findings: First, attitudes towards entrepreneurship have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial ability. Second, perceived behavioral control has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention. Third, social norms towards entrepreneurship have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention. Fourth, proactive personality has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention. The results of this research provide important contributions to understanding the factors influencing entrepreneurial intentions among students and their implications for the development of educational programs and the fostering of entrepreneurial spirit within the academic environment.
