Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi saat ini, pelayanan merupakan hal yang paling penting dalam lingkungan rumah sakit, dimana standar pelayanan kesehatan optimal sangat diperlukan. Standar Akreditasi Rumah Sakit, sesuai dengan KMK Nomor HK 01.07/MENKES/1128/2022, mengharuskan rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan mutu layanan dan keselamatan pasien. Sehingga rumah sakit perlu meningkatkan pelayanan mereka dengan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan tingkat loyalitas karyawan. Begitupula yang dilakukan Rumah Sakit Elim Rantepao Kabupaten Toraja, yang harus terus meningkatkan pelayanan mereka dengan meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan dan tingkat loyalitas karyawan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor empowerment and participation, working conditions, rewards and recognition, teamwork, serta training and induvidual development terhadap job satisfaction karyawan di Rumah Sakit Elim Rantepao. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengkaji dampak job satisfaction terhadap job loyalty karyawan Rumah Sakit Elim Rantepao Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian mencakup karyawan yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Elim Rantepao Kabupaten Toraja Utara, yang berjumlah 427 orang. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, menghasilkan total 207 karyawan yang telah bekerja lebih dari satu tahun. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi sederhana dan berganda karena penelitian ini terdiri dari dua model regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel empowerment and participation terhadap job satisfaction, working conditions terhadap job satisfaction, rewards and recognition terhadap job satisfaction, teamwork terhadap job satisfaction, dan training and induvidual development terhadap job satisfaction, serta job satisfaction terhadap job loyalty.
