Abstract

Hubungan yang tidak sehat dapat terpicu oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah kegiatan stalking. Stalking dalam suatu hubungan menciptakan ketidakseimbangan dan rasa tidak aman karena salah satu pihak terus-menerus mengawasi pasangan mereka tanpa mengindahkan batasan atau kepercayaan mendasar. Tindakan memantau yang berlebihan, seperti melakukan penyelidikan pribadi yang tidak pantas, mengawasi media sosial pasangan, atau bahkan mengikuti secara fisik, menunjukkan kurangnya kepercayaan dan ketidakmampuan untuk menghormati batas pribadi. Topik ini disorot oleh penulis untuk memberikan wawasan tentang hubungan yang tidak sehat yang ditandai oleh pola perilaku yang berlebihan, manipulasi, dan ketidaksetaraan kekuasaan. Kondisi ini dapat menyebabkan dampak negatif seperti depresi, kecemasan, dan penurunan kualitas hidup. Mengidentifikasi dan menangani hubungan yang tidak sehat memerlukan komunikasi yang efektif, penerapan batas yang sehat dan dukungan profesional. Dalam makalah ini, penulis merancang film fiksi pendek dengan judul “I SEE” dari perspektif penyutradaraan. Dalam diskusi mengenai perancangan film, penulis membahas pemilihan cerita, pengembangan naskah dan tahapan pasca produksi dengan mengacu pada referensi film yang relevan. Makalah ini diakhiri dengan kesimpulan yang menguraikan pentingnya kesadaran tentang karakteristik hubungan yang tidak sehat, upaya edukasi terhadap penonton, dan dukungan terhadap penanganan yang tepat terhadap perilaku obsesif dalam suatu hubungan. / Unhealthy relationships can be triggered by various factors, one of which is stalking. Stalking in a relationship creates imbalance and insecurity because one party constantly monitors their partner without regard for boundaries or fundamental trust. Excessive monitoring actions, such as inappropriate personal investigations, monitoring their partner’s social media, or even physical surveillance, indicate a lack of trust and an inability to respect personal boundaries. This topic is highlighted by the author to provide insight into unhealthy relationships characterized by excessive behavior patterns, manipulation, and power imbalances. This condition can lead to negative impacts such as depression, anxiety, and a decrease in quality of life. Identifying and addressing unhealthy relationships requires effective communication, implementing healthy boundaries, and professional support. In this paper, the author designs a short fiction film titled “I SEE” from a directorial perspective. In the discussion of film design, the author discusses story selection, script development, and post-production stages with reference to relevant film references. The paper concludes by outlining the importance of awareness of the characteristics of unhealthy relationships, efforts to educate audiences, and support for appropriate handling of obsessive behavior in a relationship.
