Abstract
PT. Indako Trading Coy - Pemuda Branch, Medan experienced a decline in
purchase decision for Honda eSAF that can be seen from the sales data this was
suspected due to social media marketing, trust, and product quality. The aim of this
research is to analyze whether social media marketing, trust, and product quality
have partial and simultaneous influence on customer purchase decision for Honda
eSAF.
Social media marketing, trust, and product quality have an important role in
shaping purchase decision. social media marketing, trust, and product quality are
highly connected with customers purchase decision and sales.
In this research, the writer used quantitative research design and IBM SPSS
statistics version 26. The writer used descriptive and causal approach. The
sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The sample size was 130
respondents for Honda eSAF.
This research also passed the validity, reliability, normality,
multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression test and the
equation is Y = 8.304 + 0.101 X1+ 0.218 X2+ 0.213 X3. The results of hypothesis
test showed that social media marketing, trust, and product quality have an
influence on customer purchase decision at either partial or simultaneous.
Furthermore, social media marketing, trust, and product quality have 43,1%
influence on customer purchase decision.
Recommendations for company include can use a language style using
several symbols and utilizing hashtag, providing a 5-10 year warranty and eSAF
frame is made of materials such as aluminum which is prone to corrosion. / PT. Indako Trading Coy - Cabang Pemuda, Medan mengalami penurunan
keputusan pembelian terhadap Honda eSAF yang dapat dilihat dari data
penjualan, hal ini diduga karena pemasaran media sosial, kepercayaan, dan
kualitas produk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah
pemasaran media sosial, kepercayaan, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh secara
parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Honda eSAF.
Pemasaran media sosial, kepercayaan, dan kualitas produk memiliki peran
penting dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian. pemasaran media sosial,
kepercayaan, dan kualitas produk sangat berhubungan dengan keputusan
pembelian dan penjualan pelanggan.
Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif
dan IBM SPSS statistik versi 26. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan
kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random
sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 130 responden untuk Honda eSAF.
Penelitian ini juga telah lolos uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas,
multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda dan diperoleh
persamaan Y = 8,304 + 0,101 X1+ 0,218X2+ 0,213 X3.
Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran media sosial,
kepercayaan, dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan
pembelian pelanggan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Lebih lanjut,
pemasaran media sosial, kepercayaan, dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh
sebesar 43,1% terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan.
Rekomendasi untuk perusahaan antara lain dapat menggunakan gaya
bahasa dengan menggunakan beberapa simbol dan memanfaatkan hashtag,
memberikan garansi 5-10 tahun dan rangka eSAF terbuat dari bahan seperti alumunium yang rentan terhadap korosi.
