Abstract
Virus Corona (COVID-19) merupakan sindrom pernapasan akut yang diakibatkan oleh Corona Virus 2 atau yang dikenal dengan SARS-CoV-2. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola penggunaan obat pada pasien COVID-19 di Instalasi Rawat
Inap Rumah Sakit X Kabupaten Tangerang selama tahun 2022-2023 dan mengetahui persentase kesembuhan dari pengobatan pasien COVID-19 di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit X Kabupaten Tangerang selama 2022-2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimental dengan data yang diambil secara retrospektif dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan data yang telah didapatkan diketahui bahwa obat yang paling banyak digunakan yaitu Vitamin, Multivitamin, Suplemen, Elektrolit 212 (25%), Obat Saluran Pencernaan 111 (13.09%), Antibiotik 95 (11.2%), Antivirus 87 (10.26%), Obat Saluran Pernapasan 79 (9.31%), Analgesik dan Antipiretik 67 (7.9%) dan Kortikosteroid dan Antiinflamasi 54 (6.38). Selain itu, penggunaan obat pada pasien COVID-19
yang sesuai dengan Pedoman Tatalaksana COVID-19 edisi 4 tahun 2022 sebanyak 52%. / Coronavirus (COVID-19) is an acute respiratory syndrome caused by Corona Virus 2 or known as SARS-CoV-2. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of drug use in COVID-19 patients at the Inpatient Installation of Hospital X Tangerang Regency during 2022-2023 and to determine the percentage of recovery from treatment of COVID-19 patients at the Inpatient Installation of Hospital X Tangerang Regency during 2022-2023. This study is a non-experimental study with data taken retrospectively and using purposive sampling technique. Based on the data obtained, it is known that the most widely used drugs are Vitamins, Multivitamins, Supplements, Electrolytes 212 (25%), Digestive Tract Drugs 111 (13.09%), Antibiotics 95 (11.2%), Antivirals 87 (10.26%), Respiratory Tract Drugs 79 (9.31%), Analgesics and Antipyretics 67 (7.9%) and Corticosteroids and Anti-inflammatory 54 (6.38). In addition, the use of drugs in COVID-19 patients in accordance with the 4th edition of the COVID-19 Management Guidelines in 2022 was 52%.
