Abstract

Kanker merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang memiliki tingkat kematian tertinggi di indonesia. Di Indonesia, penyakit kanker paru-paru menempati peringkat tiga teratas sebagai penyakit kanker paling umum menurut Global Burden of Cancer tahun 2020. Angka kejadian kanker paru-paru di Indonesia pada tahun 2020 tercatat mencapai 8,8% kasus baru atau sebanyak 34.783 jiwa dari semua jenis kelamin dan rentang usia. Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer merupakan tipe dari kanker paru-paru paling banyak di derita pasien. Pengujian biomarker direkomendasikan pada pasien advanced dan metastatic NSCLC untuk pengujian mutasi saat diagnosis. Seiring berjalannya waktu, perkembangan dari penelitian biomarker pada kanker paru-paru terus berkembang, sehingga terapi personalisasi pada pasien dapat terus mengalami kemajuan. Selain itu, pengobatan targeted therapy merupakan salah satu cara pengobatan pada pasien NSCLC dengan menggunakan terapi obat yang dibuat sedemikian rupa untuk menargetkan sel kanker tanpa mengganggu sel normal di sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional dengan desain restrospektif dan analisa data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat pola biomarker dan pola pengobatan targeted therapy NSCLC advanced dan metastatic di Rumah Sakit X Jakarta. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola biomarker diagnostik pasien NSCLC advanced dan metastatic di Rumah Sakit X Jakarta, paling banyak yaitu PD-L1 (30%) sedangkan untuk pola pengobatan targeted therapy pada pasien NSCLC advanced dan metastatic di Rumah Sakit X Jakarta menggambarkan (43%) pengobatan targeted therapy dan (57%) pengobatan konvensional./Cancer is a non-communicable disease with the highest mortality rate in Indonesia. In Indonesia, lungcancer ranks among the top three most commoncancers according to the Global Burden of Cancer 2020. The incidence of lungcancer in Indonesia in 2020 reached 8,8% of new cases, totaling 34,783 individuals of all genders and age groups. Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) is the most prevalent type of lungcancer among patients. Biomarker testing is recommended for patients with advanced and metastatic NSCLC to test for mutations at diagnosis. Over time, the development of biomarker research in lungcancer continues to progress, allowing for advancements in personalized therapy for patients. Additionally, targeted therapy is one treatment approach for NSCLC patients, utilizing drugs designed to target cancercells without disrupting surrounding normal cells. This study is observational with a retrospective design, and data analysis is conducted descriptively. The aim of this study is to examine the biomarker patterns and targeted therapy treatment patterns for advanced and metastatic NSCLC at Hospital X Jakarta. The study indicates that the most common diagnostic biomarker pattern for advanced and metastatic NSCLC patients at Hospital X Jakarta is PD-L1 (30%), while the treatment pattern for targeted therapy in advanced and metastatic NSCLC patients at Hospital X Jakarta shows (43%) targeted therapy treatment and (57%) conventional treatment.
