Abstract
Murid pada kelas yang diajar memiliki latar belakang budaya yang sama sehingga kebiasaan-kebiasaan belajarnya pun sama. Salah satu kebiasaan belajar murid adalah menggunakan kinestetik. Murid akan semangat belajar jika psikomotor mereka diikutsertakan dalam pembelajaran. Dalam hal kognitif, minat belajar murid akan tinggi jika materi yang dipelajari berhubungan langsung dengan kehidupan. Enduring understanding yang harus didapat murid dari pembelajaran pada unit ini yaitu murid Kristus diciptakan dengan tujuan untuk berperan sebagai pelaku ekonomi yang berkontribusi dalam menyelesaikan masalah ketenagakerjaan dengan penuh hikmat dan bijaksana sehingga mendatangkan kesejahteraan bagi semua. Berdasarkan konteks murid dan Enduring Understanding yang harus dimiliki, maka diterapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran sesuai karakteristik murid-murid. Penerapannya dilakukan dengan guru menjelaskan materi terlebih dahulu, kemudian siswa memikirkan secara pribadi pertanyaan-pertanyaan atau studi kasus yang diberikan. Setelahnya siswa akan berdiskusi bersama pasangan dan membuat media presentasi untuk dibagikan pada kelas besar. Hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam hal (1) keberanian dalam menyampaikan pendapat dalam kelas, (2) kemampuan berpikir kritis, (3) kemampuan memahami bukan menghafal. Nilai siswa selama enam kali penerapan model pembelajaran ini masih naik turun. Oleh karena itu guru harus selalu berefleksi dan melakukan evaluasi agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai dengan maksimal.

The students in the class have the same cultural background and therefore the same learning habits. One of the students' learning habits is kinesthetic. Students will be eager to learn if their psychomotor is included in learning. In terms of cognitive, students' interest in learning will be high if the material studied is directly related to life. The enduring understanding that students should gain from learning in this unit is that students of Christ are created with the purpose of playing a role as economic actors who contribute to solving labor problems with wisdom and prudence so as to bring prosperity to all. Based on the context of the students and the Enduring Understanding that must be possessed, the cooperative learning model of Think Pair Share type is applied to achieve the learning objectives according to the characteristics of the students. The application is done by the teacher explaining the material first, then students think personally about the questions or case studies given. After that, students will discuss with their partners and make media presentations to be shared with the large class. Student learning outcomes showed an increase in terms of (1) courage in expressing opinions in class, (2) critical thinking skills, (3) the ability to understand rather than memorize. Students' scores during the six times of applying this learning model still fluctuate. Therefore, the teacher must always reflect.
