Abstract

Satu Arsitek atau Satu.id, sebuah firma arsitektur dan desain interior di Jakarta Utara, didirikan pada 2012 oleh Stanley Winaryo. Fokus pada proyek high end residential, cultural, institutional, dan commercial dengan desain modern yang unik. Perusahaan ini menekankan identitas personal klien sambil menjaga fungsionalitas dan kenyamanan. Satu.id terdiri dari satu orang principal arsitek dan desain interior, empat senior arsitek, satu desainer senior interior, tiga junior arsitek, tiga desainer junior interior, dan satu mahasiswa magang. Struktur ini diatur untuk membentuk sistem kerja yang menciptakan budaya kerja unik di Satu.id, di mana setiap desainer memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan budaya perusahaan. Sistem dan budaya kerja di Satu.id ditekankan sebagai faktor kunci keberhasilan. Sistem yang efisien dan mendukung produktivitas, kolaborasi, dan inovasi dianggap kunci untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Hal ini sejalan dengan penelitian yang menyoroti pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap keputusan dan operasional perusahaan (Deal, Kennedy, 1982). Satu.id memiliki sistem kerja dan budaya kerja yang menghasilkan desain yang efektif. Desain tersebut dibagi menjadi desain yang tepat guna, mencerminkan identitas klien dan memenuhi standar fungsi, estetika, keamanan, dan kenyamanan. Selain itu desain efektif juga merupakan desain yang tepat waktu, dimana hasil dari desain harus memenuhi timeline yang ada sejak awal dan desain dengan kreativitas, dimana desain memberikan unique selling point. (D.K Ching, Binggeli, 2012). Sistem dan budaya kerja Satu.id didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip awal dari principal, menciptakan ciri khas bekerja pada perusahaan. Kepercayaan diberikan kepada setiap desainer untuk memegang dan menjalankan proyek. Kekompakan di lingkungan kerja menunjang visi dan misi bersama, membentuk budaya yang baik. Hubungan internal dan eksternal, termasuk antar tim, dengan klien, dan kontraktor, juga memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk budaya kerja di Satu.id. Cara vii kepemimpinan dan Strategi masing masing individu juga menjadikan budaya kerja yang terdapat di Satu.id. Penelitian lebih lanjut akan dilakukan dengan metode interpretatif, etnografi, dan studi kasus pada proyek Good Time Restaurant untuk memahami sistem dan budaya kerja yang mendukung desain efektif di Satu.id. Penelitian ini akan melibatkan penulis selama 10 bulan, mengamati proses desain dan pembangunan serta memeriksa sistem dan budaya kerja di perusahaan. / Satu Architect or Satu.id, an architecture and interior design firm in North Jakarta, was founded in 2012 by Stanley Winaryo. Focus on high end residential, cultural, institutional and commercial projects with unique modern designs. The company emphasizes clients' personal identity while maintaining functionality and comfort. Satu.id consists of 1 principal architect and interior designer, 4 senior architects, 1 senior interior designer, 3 junior architects, 3 junior interior designers, and 1 student intern. This structure is arranged to form a work system that creates a unique work culture at Satu.id, where each designer has an important role in determining the company culture. The work system and culture at Satu.id is emphasized as a key success factor. Systems that are efficient and support productivity, collaboration and innovation are considered key to achieving company goals. This is in line with research that highlights the influence of work culture on company decisions and operations (Deal, Kennedy, 1982). Satu.id has a work system and work culture that produces effective designs. The designs are divided into designs that are appropriate for use, reflect the client's identity and meet the standards of function, aesthetics, safety and comfort. Apart from that, effective design is also a timely design, where the results of the design must meet the existing timeline from the start and design with creativity, where the design provides a unique selling point. (D.K Ching, Binggeli, 2012). Satu.id's work system and culture are based on the initial principles of the principal, creating the company's unique work characteristics. Trust is given to each designer to hold and run the project. Cohesion in the work environment supports a shared vision and mission, forming a good culture. Internal and external relationships, including between teams, with clients and contractors, also play an important role in shaping the work culture at Satu.id. Each individual's leadership methods and strategies also create the work culture at Satu.id. ix Further research will be carried out using interpretive methods, ethnography and case studies on the Good Time Restaurant project to understand the work systems and culture that support effective design at Satu.id. This research will involve the author for 10 months, observing the design and development process and examining the work system and culture in the company.
