OHL is a company that engaged in the expedition and overland delivery service for their client who will use their services. OHL was established in Indonesia since 1976 and until now they have a good fleet to conduct their business, now day OHL already has a functioning system to record the operations of the company. However, there are still problems in the main system of the company, until now they still use record book to write down the whole transaction records of the usage of inventory nor the records of look up. Because of those problems, the company find some difficulty to check the fix record of their inventory, and for the look up problem company is still hard to decide how much to spend on new route that excluded in the company client list. This Final Project aims to help overcome these problems and makes it easy for companies to determine their decision in its business activities. The system is developed as an application using prototyping method. Starting with analyzing the problems of current system, gathering requirements using interviews, document analysis, and observation, and modeling the system using UML 2.0. It is then followed by designing the database structure, interface and concluded with the construction of the system using Visual Studio 2008 and Microsoft SQL Server. Application testing is performed using scenario testing approaches. The development process is conducted repeatedly in cycles, in which each cycle involves users to try the system and provide feedback as input for the next cycle The purpose of inventory system is to record all company-owned inventory, including the addition and use of inventory itself, beside inserting new inventory, the system also provides an application to store and manage used inventory from the company vehicle. Meanwhile for the usage of look up system is to record all of company clients addresses and categorized them into separate region, in order to make easier for companies to determine the cost for their oprasional activities.
