This final project describes the implementation of the administration system of foster parent program in Sekolah Lentera Harapan, Curug. The purpose of this final project is to build an administration system that can support the implementation of foster parent program according to the requirements given by the school. The system is presented in the form of web-based application which has the main purposes of recording, searching, and maintaining administration data. This system also helps the field coordinators to provide the foster children data faster than before. The problems in the administration process were discovered by having an interview and observation on the current system so that the needs of the suggested system can be built based on prototyping methodology which consists of planning process, analysis, database design using relational database and application design using PHP and HTML as the programming language. The application was also built and developed by using Eclipse, MySQL and Adobe Dreamweaver as developing tools. Afterward, the real system testing can be done by using test case. In conclusion, this system is expected to help the administration process and to support the implementation of foster parent program in SLH Curug. In the future, there are still many opportunities to do research for the development of this system so that this system can be a pilot project of the computerized administration system in Sekolah Lentera Harapan in Indonesia
