Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari setiap variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi online information quality, user-friendly accessibility, satisfaction, digital marketing interaction, intetntion to visit tourist destination, dan electronic word of mouth dalam konteks pemasaran digital dan minat turisme di Sumatra Utara. Dengan fokus pada generasi Z dan Milenial yang berusia 17 tahun ke atas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang fenomena bisnis, pengembangan bisnis, pengembangan teori dan pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan pada bukti yang ada. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Terdapat 202 responden yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan perangkat SmartPLS Versi 4.0.9.2, termasuk uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang di teliti. Hasil analisis ini memberikan wawasan tentang pemasaran digital dan minat turisme di Sumatra Utara
