Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui free cash flow dan agency cost terhadap operating performance dan firm value pada sektor pertanian di bursa efek indonesia.
Variabel independen adalah Operating Performance dan Firm Value, di mana variabel dependennya adalah Free Cash Flow.
Populasi sampel adalah perusahaan di sector pertaniab yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2014 hingga 2021. Perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel adalah 23 perusahaan yang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan total 35 sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder.
Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dan analisis menggunakan SPSS menunjukkan bahwa:
Free Cash Flow berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Agency Cost, Free Cash Flow berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Operating Performance, Free Cash Flow berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Firm Value, Agency Cost berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Operating Performance, Agency Cost berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Firm Value.
