Abstract

This research is needed to improve the quality of management and prognosis because the molecular subtype Invasive Breast Carcinoma of No Special Type (NST) and regional Lymph Node (LN) metastasis have an important role. The data collected based on the inclusion criteria from patient's medical records 2015-2017 period. Categorical comparative analytic study with a retrospective cross-sectional study design is used in this study. Data is processed by Chi Square analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The results showed the highest and lowest counts of molecular subtypes are Luminal B HER 2- (41,9%) and Basal Like (6,5%). LN status with the highest number and the lowest is N0 (40.3%) and N3 (3.2%). Chi Square analysis showed no relationship between molecular subtype with regional LN metastasis status (p=0,346), OR=2,267 (95% CI:0,56-9,17). The conclusion is there is no significant relationship between molecular subtype with LN regional metastasis, but Luminal B HER 2+ and Luminal B HER 2- molecular subtype have an opportunity for the occurrence of high LN regional metastasis status / Penelitian ini diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dalam penentuan tatalaksana dan prognosis karena Subtipe molekular Invasive Breast Carcinoma of No Special Type (NST) dan metastasis Kelenjar Getah Bening (KGB) regional berperan penting dalam hal tersebut. Data diambil berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dari rekam medis pasien tahun 2015-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi analitik komparatif kategorik dengan desain penelitian potong lintang retrospektif. Data diolah dengan metode Chi Square menggunakan SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah Subtipe molekular dengan jumlah tertinggi dan terendah adalah Luminal B HER 2- (41,9%) dan Basal Like (6,5%). Status KGB dengan jumlah tertinggi dan terendah adalah N0 (40,3%) dan N3 (3,2%). Analisa Chi Square menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara subtipe molekular dengan status metastasis KGB regional (p =0,346) dengan OR=2,267 (95%CI:0,56-9,17). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara subtipe molekular dengan metastasis regional KGB, namun subtipe molekular Luminal B HER 2+ dan Luminal B HER 2- memiliki peluang untuk terjadinya status metastasis regional KGB yang tinggi.
