Abstract
Di kelas 2A terdapat 23 murid dengan keberagaman budaya Tionghoa, Jawa, dan Batak. Namun, di lingkungan tempat tinggal murid terlihat kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan sosial dan kerja sama antar masyarakat dengan pemerintah sekitar. Oleh karena itu, model pembelajaran kolaboratif digunakan dalam pembelajaran supaya murid mampu belajar dan bekerja sama, terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran, saling menghargai antara murid, dan menghasilkan murid yang memiliki keterampilan sosial. Dalam merancang pembelajaran terdapat pemahaman sepanjang hayat dalam pembelajaran yaitu Allah menciptakan makhluk hidup dengan ciri-ciri tertentu untuk membantu tumbuh kembangnya. Allah juga menyediakan segala sesuatu yang dibutuhkan makhluk hidup untuk bertumbuh dan berkembang. Hasil belajar murid dalam bentuk lembar kerja dan lembar observasi bervariasi dan tidak ada nilai yang dibawah < 65 (KKM). Hal ini menunjukkan tercapainya tujuan unit pembelajaran dan capaian pembelajaran. Sebagai calon guru Kristen, mengevaluasi dan merefleksikan dampak dari pilihan instruksional yang mahasiswa guru terapkan dalam pembelajaran adalah bagian yang sangat penting dari praktik pengajaran yang dilakukan. Dalam proses ini, mahasiswa guru belajar untuk lebih memperhatikan keragaman murid dan memadukan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik mereka. Refleksi ini juga memperkuat kesadaran mahasiswa guru akan pentingnya terus-menerus meningkatkan praktik mengajar dengan terus mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data tentang kemajuan murid, sehingga mahasiswa guru dapat terus memperbaiki pendekatan pembelajaran agar lebih efektif bagi semua murid.// In class 2A, there are 23 students with diverse cultures including Chinese, Javanese, and Batak. However, in the students' residential area, there seems to be a lack of community participation in social activities and cooperation between the community and the local government. Therefore, a collaborative learning model is used to enable students to learn and work together, actively engage in learning, mutually respect each other, and produce students with social skills. In designing the learning process, there is a lifelong understanding in learning that God created living beings with certain characteristics to aid their growth and development. God also provides everything living beings need to grow and develop. The students' learning outcomes in the form of worksheets and observation sheets vary, and there are no grades below <65 (KKM). This indicates the achievement of unit learning objectives and learning outcomes. As a prospective Christian teacher, evaluating and reflecting on the impact of instructional choices made by student teachers in the learning process is a crucial part of teaching practice. Throughout this process, student teachers learn to pay more attention to student diversity and integrate teaching strategies that align with their needs and characteristics. This reflection also strengthens student teachers' awareness of the importance of continuously improving teaching practices by continuously collecting and analyzing data on student progress, allowing student teachers to continually refine their teaching approaches to be more effective for all students.
