Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penyalahgunaan narkoba terus meningkat tiap tahun di dunia. Indonesia menghadapi Darurat Narkoba dengan 4,8 juta pengguna pada tahun 2022, diantaranya 2,2 juta remaja. Remaja rentan terhadap narkoba dengan 57% kasus penyalahgunaan berasal dari kelompok usia ini. Penelitian terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adiksi narkoba pada remaja di Indonesia sangat penting untuk pencegahan dan penangan yang efektif. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui profil perilaku adiksi narkoba pada remaja di Indonesia dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat keparahannya pada pasien rehabilitasi BNN Januari-Desember 2023. Metode: Metode penelitian adalah cross-sectional. Sampel adalah remaja pasien rehabilitasi pada database sekunder BNN Januari-Desember 2023 yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian dengan teknik total sampling. Data akan diolah menggunakan SPSS dengan metode chi-square. Hasil: Dari 472 subjek didapatkan bahwa diantaranya merupakan laki-laki (91,5%), tamat SMP (45,1%), tidak bekerja (98,8%), menjalani rawat jalan (82,8%) dan menggunakan amfetamin (27,3%). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor medis (p = 0.007, OR 6,707), faktor legal (p = 0.000, OR 32,743), faktor psikiatris (p = 0.033, OR 2,331), faktor sosial (p = 0.000, OR 3,424), dan jenis zat (p = 0.000). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara jenis rehabilitasi (p = 0.135). Kesimpulan: Ditemukan bahwa masih terdapat masalah penyalahgunaan narkoba yang cukup berat di kalangan remaja, dan ditemukan hubungan signifikan antara faktor medis, faktor legal, faktor psikiatris, faktor sosial, dan jenis zat dengan tingkat keparahan adiksi narkoba pada remaja. Indonesia is grappling with a Narcotics Emergency, reporting 4.8 million users in 2022, including 2.2 million adolescents. Adolescents are particularly susceptible, constituting 57% of drug abuse cases. Investigating the factors influencing drug addiction in Indonesian youth is crucial for effective prevention and intervention. Objective: Understanding the behavioral profile of drug addiction among adolescents in Indonesia and the factors associated with its severity in patients undergoing rehabilitation at Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) from January to December 2023. Method: This study employs a cross-sectional method. Sample was taken from rehabilitation patient data available in the BNN secondary database from January to December 2023, meeting the criteria with a total sampling technique. The data will be analyzed using SPSS with chi-square method. Result: Among 472 data being processed, it was found that among them were males (01,5 %), completed secondary school (45,1%), unemployed (98 %), undergo outpatient care (82,8%), and most commonly use amphetamines (27,3 There is a significant association between medical factors (p = 0.007, OR 6.707), legal factors (p = 0.000, OR 32.743), psychiatric factors (p = 0.000, OR 2.331), social factors (p = 0.000, OR 3.424), and the type of substance (p = 0.000). There is no association between the type of rehabilitation (p = 0.135, OR 0.673). Conclusion: It is found that drug abuse among adolescents is still a notable problem, and a significant relationship was found between medical factor, legal factor, psychiatric factor, social factor and type of substance with the severity of drug addiction in adolescent.
