Based on several studies that have been conducted, there is a need for self-awareness in paying attention to the impact of using masks on facial health conditions. Aim: This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of masks and the incidence of mask-induced acne (maskne) in 2019 Pelita Harapan University Faculty of Medicine students. Methodology: This study used an unpaired categorical comparative analytic method with a cross-sectional study design. Data collection was done by filling out a questionnaire. The study used a sample of 42 Pelita Harapan University Faculty of Medicine students class of 2019. Statistical analysis using chi square test with SPSS 29. Result: There were 42 respondents who filled out the questionnaire, and 1 respondent as an exclusion, but the exclusion respondent was replaced by another respondent. 18 respondents were diagnosed with maskne and 24 respondents were classified as non-maskne. The results of the data analysis obtained a P value of 1,000 (p>0.05), which states that there is no significant relationship between the use of masks and the incidence of mask-induced acne (maskne) in 2019 Pelita Harapan University Faculty of Medicine students.
