Menjadi seorang ibu bukanlah hal yang mudah, terlebih lagi jika ia harus berperan menjadi pencari nafkah dan seorang ibu. Hal tersebut akan terasa semakin berat jika seorang ibu dikarunia anak yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus yakni Autism Spectrum Disorder. Tuntutan dari keluarga dan masyarakat sekitar dapat menimbulkan stress yang akan berdampak pada parenting self-efficacy ibu tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh parenting self-efficacy terhadap parenting stress pada ibu bekerja yang memiliki anak dengan Autism Spectrum Disorder. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian regresi dan korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara Parenting Self-Efficacy terhadap Parenting Stress pada ibu bekerja yang memiliki anak dengan Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) yang artinya semakin tinggi Parenting Self-Efficacy seorang ibu maka tingkat Parenting Stress semakin rendah dan semakin rendah Parenting Self-Efficacy seorang ibu maka tingkat Parenting Stress semakin tinggi / Being a mother is not an easy thing, especially if she has to play the role of breadwinner and mother. This will feel even more difficult if a mother is blessed with a child who has special needs, namely Autism Spectrum Disorder. Demands from family and the surrounding community can cause stress which will have an impact on the mother's parenting self-ability. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of parenting self-efficiency on parenting stress in working mothers who have children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with regression and correlation research types. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a negative and significant influence between Parenting Self-Efficacy on Parenting Stress in working mothers who have children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), which means that the higher a mother's Parenting Self-Efficacy, the lower and lower the level of Parenting Stress. Parenting Self-Efficacy of a mother means the level of Parenting Stress will be higher.
