Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi kegunaan yang dirasakan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, kepercayaan, sikap terhadap penggunaan serta niat untuk menggunakan. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah penghuni apartemen, salah satu apartemen yang berada di Bekasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh penghuni yang sudah dikenakan tagihan iuran pengelolaan lingkungan di apartemen PT XYZ. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah non-probability purposive sampling serta mengambil sebanyak 277 responden yang berpartisipasi dan setelah menghilangkan responden yang tidak valid, maka jumlah responden yang valid sebanyak 200 responden, dengan menggunakan kuesioner elektronik. Data yang diperoleh, dikumpulkan serta dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan software SmartPLS. Uji statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah one-tailed yaitu 1.645 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan perceived usefulness, dan attitude toward using berpengaruh terhadap niat untuk menggunakan QRIS dalam pembayaran tagihan iuran pengelolaan, sedangkan perceived ease to use dan trust tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat menggunakan QRIS dalam pembayaran tagihan iuran pengelolaan. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini memberikan kepuasan pelanggan dan juga menyederhanakan proses pengumpulan pembayaran bagi manajemen / This study aims to determine perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, attitude towards use, and intention to use. The object of this research is an residents apartment, one of the apartments located in Bekasi. The subjects of this study were all residents who had been charged environmental management fees at PT XYZ apartments. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability purposive sampling and took 277 respondents who participated and after eliminating invalid respondents, the number of valid respondents was 200 respondents, using an electronic questionnaire. The data were obtained, collected, and analyzed using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS software. The statistical test used in this study is one-tailed, which is 1.645 with a significance level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness and attitude towards use affect the intention to use QRIS for paying management fee bills, while perceived ease of use and trust have no effect on the intention to use QRIS for paying management fee bills. The managerial implications of this research provide customer satisfaction and also simplify the payment collection process for management.
