Abstract

Di era digitalisasi, integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan aksesibilitas pembelajaran. Program Tryout UTBK berbasis aplikasi Ruangguru di Brain Academy Center Ruangguru Makassar dirancang untuk membantu siswa kelas 12 SMA mempersiapkan UTBK. Penggunaan internet di Indonesia, khususnya di kalangan remaja, semakin meningkat dengan tingginya penetrasi smartphone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran aktor menjaga stabilisasi dalam program Tryout UTBK pada aplikasi Ruangguru pada siswa kelas 12 SMA di Brain Academy Center Ruangguru Makassar, serta mengeksplorasi bagaimana interaksi antara manusia dan teknologi membentuk jaringan yang efektif berdasarkan Actor-Network Theory (ANT). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan dua belas informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa, Master teacher, Student Advisor, dan teknologi memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Kolaborasi antara aktor manusia dan non-manusia ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan persiapan siswa menghadapi UTBK. teknologi dalam bentuk aplikasi Ruangguru memberikan aksesibilitas yang lebih luas bagi siswa untuk mengakses materi belajar kapan saja dan di mana saja, sementara pendekatan interaktif dan personal dari guru dan Student Advisor meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. / In the era of digitalization, the integration of technology in education is crucial to improve the effectiveness and accessibility of learning. Ruangguru's app- based UTBK Tryout Program at Ruangguru's Brain Academy Center Makassar is designed to help 12th grade high school students prepare for UTBK. Internet usage in Indonesia, especially among teenagers, is increasing with the high penetration of smartphones. This study aims to analyze the role of actors to maintain stabilization in the UTBK Tryout program on the Ruangguru application for 12th grade high school students at Brain Academy Center Ruangguru Makassar, as well as explore how interactions between humans and technology form effective networks based on Actor-Network Theory (ANT). This research used a case study method with a qualitative approach, where data was collected through in-depth interviews with twelve informants. The results show that students, Master teacher, Student Advisor, and technology play important roles in supporting the learning process. Technology in the form of Ruangguru application provides wider accessibility for students to access learning materials anytime and anywhere, while interactive and personalized approaches from teachers and Student Advisors increase the effectiveness of learning.
