Abstract
Local wisdom is the main spirit in managing tourist villages. The value of local wisdom is manifested in society through the unique value of culture and traditions possessed by the community, the value of authenticity that is ingrained in the culture of the local community, as well as the authenticity of traditional values that emerge in society. These values will attract tourists to visit the Tourism Village. One tourism development model that empowers communities with Community Based Tourism (CBT) is the development of tourist villages. Local wisdom is the main spirit in managing tourist villages. The value of local wisdom is manifested in society through the unique value of culture and traditions possessed by the community, the value of authenticity that is ingrained in the culture of the local community, as well as the authenticity of traditional values that emerge in society. These values will attract tourists to visit the Tourism Village. One model of tourism development that empowers communities with Community Based Tourism (CBT) is the development of tourist villages. The social capital owned by pilot tourism villages influences the governance and development of tourist villages. The sense of trust and networks that exist between individuals in the Gedepangrango Village community. The social capital of the pilot tourism village influences the governance and development of the tourism village. The sense of trust and networks that exist between individuals in the Gedepangrango Village community. The social capital of the pilot tourism village influences the governance and development of the tourism village. The sense of trust and networks that exist between individuals in the Gedepangrango Village community. Tourist village managers, in this case Pokdarwis, must consider the social capital in the village community and individual capital before forming and recruiting administrators and members. Individuals who have competence and reputation make it easier for managers to communicate and form collective awareness in communities that have high social capital because of the sense of trust that has been formed through social interactions in networks. / Kearifan lokal adalah roh utama dalam pengelolaan desa wisata. Nilai kearifan lokal terwujud dalam masyarakat melalui nilai keunikan budaya maupun tradisi yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat, nilai keotentikan yang sudah mendarah daging dalam budaya masyarakat setempat, serta keaslian nilai-nilai tradisi yang muncul di masyarakat. Nilai- nilai ini yang akan menarik wisatawan mengunjungi Desa Wisata. Salah satu model pengembangan pariwisata yang memberdayakan masyarakat dengan Community Based Tourism (CBT) adalah pengembangan desa wisata.Kearifan lokal adalah roh utama dalam pengelolaan desa wisata. Nilai kearifan lokal terwujud dalam masyarakat melalui nilai keunikan budaya maupun tradisi yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat, nilai keotentikan yang sudah mendarah daging dalam budaya masyarakat setempat, serta keaslian nilai-nilai tradisi yang muncul di masyarakat. Nilai- nilai ini yang akan menarik wisatawan mengunjungi Desa Wisata. Salah satu model pengembangan pariwisata yang memberdayakan masyarakat dengan Community Based Tourism (CBT) adalah pengembangan desa wisata.Modal sosial yang dimiliki desa wisata rintisan berpengaruh terhadap tata kelola dan perkembangan desa wisata. Rasa percaya dan jejaring yang dimiliki antar individu dalam masyarakat Desa Gedepangrango Modal sosial yang dimiliki desa wisata rintisan berpengaruh terhadap tata kelola dan perkembangan desa wisata.
