Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan berkunjung memalui tourist satisfaction di Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) pasca revitaliasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantiatif dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner ke beberapa pengunjung yang berada di lokasi TMII khususnya berkunjung setelah revitaliasi di lakukan pada TMII. Responden yang melakukan pengisian sebanyak 150 orang yang kemudian data responden di olah dan di analisis pada penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yakni teknik non-probability sampling. Hasil penelitian ini ialah Persepsi Nilai memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung, Kualitas Layanan tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung, Daya Beli menunjukkan pengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung, Persepsi Nilai juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan, Daya Beli juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan, Jalur mediasi Daya Beli melalui Kepuasan Wisatawan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung tidak positif, Jalur mediasi Persepsi Nilai melalui Kepuasan Wisatawan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung memiliki pengaruh positif.Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menentukan kebijakan yang tepat untuk tujuan wisata khususnya dalam memperbaiki system kelola dan melihat dari sisi keputusan berkunjung wisatawan pada konsep eco-park di TMII. / This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence visiting satisfaction through tourist satisfaction at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) after revitalization. This research was carried out using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to several visitors at the TMII Indah location, especially visiting after revitalization had been carried out at TMII There were 150 respondents who filled in and then the respondent data was processed and analyzed in this research. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, with a sampling technique namely non-probability sampling technique. The results of this research are that Perceived Value has a significant influence on Visiting Decisions, Service Quality does not have a significant influence on Visiting Decisions, Purchasing Power shows a significant influence on Visiting Decisions, Value Perception also has a significant influence on Tourist Satisfaction, Purchasing Power also has a significant influence on Satisfaction For tourists, the mediation path of Purchasing Power through Tourist Satisfaction with Visiting Decisions is not significant. The mediation path of Value Perception through Tourist Satisfaction with Visiting Decisions has a significant influence. Through this research, it is hoped that we can determine appropriate policies for tourist destinations, especially in improving the management system and looking at the decision to visit tourists regarding the eco-park concept at TMII.
