Abstract

This research aims to analyze the digital communication strategy initiated by @aniesbubble account in Anies Baswedan's creative political campaign on social media platform X during the 2024 presidential election campaign period, focusing on the implication of K-Pop fandom culture. This study examines the effectiveness of using K-Pop cultural elements in the implementation of digital communication strategy towards users on the X platform and young voters. This research utilizes content analysis and in-depth interviews to gain a comprehensive understanding of the forms of political communication produced by the @aniesbubble account. The findings indicate that communication strategies incorporating elements and culture of K-Pop successfully enhance audience interaction and engagement, resulting in the coined term "K-Popification" in the digital realm. These findings provide new insights into how popular culture can be applied in digital political campaigns to attract the attention of young voters and increase political participation. / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi digital yang digunakan oleh akun @aniesbubble dalam kampanye kreatif Anies Baswedan di media sosial X selama periode kampanye Pilpres 2024, dengan fokus pada penerapan kultur fandom K-Pop. Studi ini mengkaji efektivitas penggunaan elemen-elemen kultur K-Pop dalam pengimplementasian strategi komunikasi tersebut terhadap pengguna di platform X dan pemilih muda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis konten dan wawancara mendalam untuk mendapatkan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai bentuk komunikasi politik yang dihasilkan oleh akun @aniesbubble. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang menerapkan elemen-elemen dan kultur fandom KPop berhasil meningkatkan interaksi dan keterlibatan audiens, mempopulerkan ―KPopisasi‖ di jagat maya. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang bagaimana budaya populer dapat diterapkan dalam kampanye politik digital untuk menarik perhatian pemilih muda dan meningkatkan partisipasi politik.
