Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari social media marketing, brand experience dan brand satisfaction terhadap brand trust sebagai mediasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh terhadap brand loyalty. Objek yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebuah merk multivitamin yaitu Zegavit. Zegavit merupakan merk multivitamin yang dikeluarkan oleh salah satu perusahaan farmasi besar di Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan survey yang menunjukan kondisi social media yang dimiliki dari Zegavit saat ini yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan media google form. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 151 responden. Setelah data dari responden terkumpul data tersebut di analisis dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian diketahui bahwa brand experience tidak berpengaruh terhadap brand trust sementara itu social media marketing berpengaruh terhadap brand experience, brand satisfaction dan brand trust. Pada penelitian ini juga diketahui bahwa brand experience, brand satisfaction dan brand trust berpengaruh terhadap brand loyalty. Implikasi praktis dalam penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada manajerial untuk memfokuskan social media marketing agar dapat meningkatkan brand trust serta mampu memberikan experience dan kepuasan konsumen / This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of social media marketing, brand experience and brand satisfaction on brand trust as mediation to determine the effect on brand loyalty. The object taken in this study is a multivitamin brand, namely Zegavit. Zegavit is a multivitamin brand issued by one of the major pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia. In this study, a survey was conducted that showed the current condition of social media owned by Zegavit which was carried out using google form media. The data collection technique in this study used non-probability sampling with 151 respondents. After the data from the respondents were collected, the data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method which was carried out using SmartPLS software. From the results of the analysis conducted in the study, it is known that brand experience has no effect on brand trust, while social media marketing affects brand experience, brand satisfaction and brand trust. In this study it is also known that brand experience, brand satisfaction and brand trust affect brand loyalty. The practical implications in this study provide recommendations to managers to focus on social media marketing in order to increase brand trust and be able to provide experience and customer satisfaction.
