Abstract
Dalam konteks Undang-Undang Omnibus tentang Kesehatan pada tahun 2023, perlindungan hukum bagi hak kesehatan di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan meskipun sudah ada undang-undang kesehatan. Perubahan hukum terbaru menunjukkan upaya untuk meningkatkan akses masyarakat terhadap layanan kesehatan. Upaya kolaboratif melibatkan pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat sangat penting untuk mencapai akses layanan kesehatan yang adil dan berkualitas bagi semua warga. Mengatasi tantangan ini memerlukan upaya kolaboratif, peninjauan kembali kerangka hukum, dan implementasi kebijakan kesehatan yang fleksibel dan responsif untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.
