Abstract
Kecemburuan adalah emosi umum di tempat kerja, dan dapat mengarah pada perilaku kerja kontraproduktif (CWB) seperti mencuri, sabotase, dan ketidakhadiran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan kecemburuan di tempat kerja terhadap perilaku kerja kontraproduktif di kalangan PT. Perusahaan X di Jakarta. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan data akan dikumpulkan menggunakan survei kuesioner. Populasi merupakan karyawan PT. Perusahaan X di Jakarta, dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 karyawan akan dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik saturated sampling. Temuan penelitian ini akan memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajer dan organisasi untuk memahami konsekuensi negatif dari kecemburuan di tempat kerja dan mengembangkan strategi untuk mengurangi dampaknya terhadap perilaku kerja kontraproduktif di kalangan karyawan PT. Perusahaan X di Jakarta. Hasil yang diperoleh dari 55 karyawan di PT. X menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antar kecemburuan yang baik dan juga perilaku kontraproduktif.

Envy is a common emotion in the workplace and can lead to counterproductive work behavior (CWB) such as stealing, sabotage, and absenteeism. This study aims to examine the relationship of workplace envy with counterproductive work behaviour among PT. Company X in Jakarta. This study will use a quantitative approach, and data will be collected using a questionnaire survey. The target population will consist of all employees of PT. Company X in Jakarta, and a total sample of 55 employees will be selected using a purposive sampling technique. The findings of this study will provide important insights for managers and organizations to understand the negative consequences of workplace jealousy and develop strategies to reduce its impact on counterproductive work behavior among employees of PT. Company X in Jakarta. Results obtained from 55 employees at PT. X shows that there is a significant relationship between benign envy and counterproductive behavior.
