Abstract

Indonesia sedang melakukan transformasi digital di bidang pendidikan melalui pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) yang dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh para pendidik. Untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan PMM, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia melatih Kepala Sekolah sebagai change agent melalui program Sekolah Penggerak. Meskipun demikian, nampaknya PMM belum maksimal dimanfaatkan oleh sekolah-sekolah di kota Manado. Jumlah Kepala Sekolah tidak sebanding dengan jumlah guru-guru di sekolah sebagai opinion leader yang berpotensi memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap transformasi digital sekolah melalui pemanfaatan platform Merdeka Mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh peran opinion leader dan peran change agent terhadap transformasi digital sekolah dengan mediasi pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar. Kuesioner dengan 39 item pertanyaan disebarkan kepada seluruh guru TK, SD, dan SMP di Sekolah Penggerak Angkatan I, II, dan III di kota Manado. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan metode PLS-SEM melalui aplikasi SmartPLS4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran opinion leader dan peran change agent berpengaruh secara positif terhadap transformasi digital sekolah. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar sebagai mediasi berpengaruh secara positif terhadap transformasi digital sekolah./Indonesia is currently carrying out digital transformation in the education sector through the use of the Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) which can be easily accessed by educators. To maximize the use of PMM, the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia trains school principals as change agents through the “Sekolah Penggerak” program. However, it seems that PMM has not been utilized optimally by schools in Manado city. The number of school principals is not comparable to the number of teachers in schools as opinion leaders who have the potential to have a positive influence on the school digital transformation through the use of the PMM. This research aims to measure the influence of the role of opinion leaders and the role of change agents on school digital transformation mediated by the use of the Platform Merdeka Mengajar. A questionnaire with 39 question items was distributed to all kindergarten, elementary and middle school teachers at the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd batch of the “Sekolah Penggerak” program Manado city. Data is processed and analyzed using the PLS-SEM method via the SmartPLS4 application. The research results show that the role of opinion leaders and the role of change agents have a positive influence on school digital transformation. The research results also show that the use of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform as mediation has a positive effect on school digital transformation.
