Abstract

Innovative work behavior is defined as an employee's desire to understand the situation at work, think of ideas for needed development, convince others of the importance of new ideas or solutions, test solutions according to problems and communicate the benefits of the ideas implemented. A teacher's innovative work behavior is aimed at developing learning responsibilities so that students are able to build the knowledge and skills structures they need. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of teachers' perspectives on school culture and digital leadership on teachers' innovative work behavior at XYZ Manado school. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 63 teachers. This research is research with a quantitative approach that uses the PLS-SEM model for hypothesis testing. The research results show that school culture has a positive and significant effect on teachers' innovative work behavior. Digital leadership does not have a positive and significant effect on teachers' innovative work behavior. / Perilaku kerja inovatif didefinisikan sebagai kehendak karyawan untuk memahami situasi di tempat kerja, memikirkan ide pengembangan yang dibutuhkan, meyakinkan orang lain tentang pentingnya ide atau solusi yang baru, menguji solusi sesuai masalah dan mengomunikasikan manfaat dari ide yang diterapkan. Perilaku kerja inovatif seorang guru ditujukan untuk pengembangan tanggung jawab pembelajaran agar murid mampu membangun struktur pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh perspektif guru tentang budaya sekolah dan kepemimpinan digital terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif guru di sekolah XYZ Manado. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke 63 guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan model PLS-SEM untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif guru. Kepemimpinan digital tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif guru.
