Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji upaya perusahaan dalam keberhasilan menjaga stabilitas dan produktivitas sumber daya manusia perusahaan. Latar belakang penelitian menunjukkan dari data internal perusahaan yang menunjukan adanya peningkatan turnover perusahaan dalam 4 tahun berturut-turut. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan PT XYZ, salah satu perusahaan manufaktur makanan di Serang Banten. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisa SEM-PLS. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi merupakan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi untuk mengurangi turnover intention untuk karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya bagi organisasi untuk melakukan perubahan dalam hal gaya kepemimpinan yang dilakukan, kesesuaian antara beban kerja dengan kompensasi yang diterima serta komitmen yang diberikan dalam hal pengembangan karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi manajerial bagi perusahaan dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia untuk menjaga keberlangsungan dan daya saing bisnis. / This research of this is to examine the company's efforts to successfully maintain the stability and productivity of the company's human resources. The research background shows that internal company data shows an increase in company turnover in 4 consecutive years. The research was conducted at the company PT XYZ, one of the food manufacturing companies in Serang Banten. The method used is quantitative with the SEM-PLS analysis technique. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to employees. This research aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership, compensation and organizational commitment on turnover intention which is mediated by job satisfaction. The research results show that transformational leadership, compensation and organizational commitment are factors that influence reducing turnover intention for employees working in the company. This research emphasizes the importance for organizations to make changes in terms of the leadership style adopted, the suitability between workload and compensation received and the commitment given in terms of employee development. These findings provide managerial implications for companies in managing human resources to maintain business sustainability and competitiveness
