Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul Kepemimpinan Coaching berbasis wawasan Kristen yang layak dan efektif dilakukan di sekolah Lentera Harapan Medan. Desain penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Terdapat lima tahapan yaitu Analisis (Analyze), Desain (Design), Pengembangan(Development), Implementasi (Implementation) Dan Evaluasi (Evaluation). Penelitian ini tidak mencakup siklus penuh dari proses ADDIE. Ruang lingkup
penelitian ini adalah sampai tahap Pengembangan proses ADDIE yang meliputi pembuatan pelatihan dan modul serta evaluasi keefektifannya dalam uji coba. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, angket dan tes. Instrumen wawancara digunakan untuk validasi ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli konten dan ahli bahasa. Instrumen angket digunakan kepada guru Sekolah Lentera Harapan Medan. Kemudian, instrument tes pilot dilakukan kepada lima guru dari
berbagai jenjang dan jenis yang berbeda. Modul pelatihan sebagai hasil penelitian ini dapat dipergunakan sebagai bahan referensi bagi sekolah yang ingin menggunakan coaching leadership berbasis Wawasan Kristen dalam menuntun murid menemukan potensi bagi dirinya yang akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja guru dan budaya kerja positif di ekolah. Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini akan memperkaya pemahaman tentang kepemimpinan coaching terkhusus dalam
sudut pandang Wawasan Kristen. / This study aims to develop a leadership coaching module based on Christian
worldview that is feasible and effective in Lentera Harapan Medan School. The
research design uses the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages:
Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. However, this
research does not cover the full cycle of the ADDIE process; its scope is limited to
the Development stage, which involves creating training modules and evaluating
their effectiveness in trials. Data collection methods included interviews,
questionnaires, and tests. Interviews were conducted to validate learning design,
content, and linguistic expertise. Questionnaires were distributed to teachers at
Lentera Harapan Medan School, and a pilot test involved five teachers from various
levels and backgrounds. The resulting training module from this research can serve
as a reference for schools interested in implementing Coaching Leadership based
on Christian worldview, fostering student potential discovery, and positively
impacting teacher performance and school culture. The discussion within this
research contributes to a deeper understanding of Coaching Leadership,
particularly from a Christian perspective.
