Abstract
Dalam era pendidikan yang terus berkembang, kinerja guru yang baik memegang peranan krusial dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan sehingga guru perlu untuk terus bertumbuh dan meningkatkan kinerjanya. Berbagai upaya dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru termasuk dengan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, pengembangan professional guru, dan integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran dan administrasi guru. Peneliti melakukan penelitian ini untuk melihat apakah kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, pengembangan professional, dan integrasi teknologi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) IPA SMP Kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Adapun populasi penelitian ini adalah 250 guru, dengan sampel sebanyak 47 guru yang dipilih berdasarkan keaktifan guru dalam mengikuti keagiatan MGMP. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kurangnya bukti bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, pengembangan profesional memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, dan kurangnya bukti bahwa integrasi teknologi pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru MGMP IPA SMP Kota Samarinda. / In the era of evolving education, exemplary teacher performance is pivotal in determining the quality of education, necessitating continuous growth and improvement. Efforts to enhance teacher performance include the principal's leadership style, professional development, and technology integration in both teaching and administrative tasks. This study aims to see whether transformational leadership, professional development, and technology integration affect the performance of science teachers participating in the junior high school MGMP in Samarinda City. Employing quantitative methods with a survey approach, the research population comprised 250 teachers, from which a sample of 47 teachers was selected based on their active participation in MGMP activities. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings revealed insufficient evidence to support the effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance, a positive influence of professional development on teacher performance, and a lack of evidence that technology integration affects the performance of junior high school science MGMP teachers in Samarinda City.
