Abstract

Human resources have an important role in a company to achieve goals. Therefore, high employee performance has to be maintained. This study aims to evaluate the factors that might affect employee performance. These factors are namely work motivation, leadership, and job satisfaction. This study will examine the effect of work motivation, leadership, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Lautan Biru Raya. Analysis method performed is multiple linear regression analysis. Research sample is employee at PT Lautan Biru Raya. The approach in this research uses quantitative methods and by using the SPSS Program. The result will explain the relationship between work motivation, leadership, job satisfaction and employee performance at PT Lautan Biru Raya. The result of the research shows that work motivation, leadership, and job satisfaction have influence on employee performance at PT Lautan Biru Raya. The coefficient of determination shows that only 15.2% of employee performance is explained by work motivation, leadership, and job satisfaction. / Sumber daya manusia mempunyai peranan penting dalam suatu perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuannya. Oleh karena itu, kinerja pegawai yang tinggi harus dipertahankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang mungkin mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Faktor-faktor tersebut yaitu motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini akan menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Lautan Biru Raya. Metode analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian berasal dari karyawan PT Lautan Biru Raya. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan dengan menggunakan Program SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian akan menjelaskan tentang hubungan antara motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada PT Lautan Biru Raya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, dan kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Lautan Biru Raya. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa hanya 15,2% kinerja pegawai yang dijelaskan oleh motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, dan kepuasan kerja.
