Abstract
Keberfungsian keluarga merupakan sebuah hubungan yang terbangun dari peran satu sama lain dalam komunikasi, kedekatan relasi, dan sistem yang saling mendukung satu sama lain. Ketika seorang Ibu memilih untuk bekerja, terjadi sebuah peran yang bertambah dan kondisi ini menimbulkan konflik pada pekerjaan dan keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh dari peran keluarga dalam berkontribusi, komunikasi, kelekatan emosional yang terjadi terhadap konflik peran yang di alami sehari-hari dalam tanggung jawabnya sebagai seorang ibu dan pekerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan uji regresi sederhana. Data diperoleh dari 65 partisipan menggunakan alat ukur General Functioning Scale of the Family Assessment Device (GF-FAD) dan Work and Family Conflict Scale (WAFCS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Keberfungsian keluarga memiliki pengaruh yang berkorelasi negatif terhadap Work and Family Conflict pada ibu bekerja di DKI Jakarta. / Family functioning is a relationship that is built from each other's role in communication, close relationships, and a system that supports each other. When a mother chooses to work, an increased role occurs and this condition creates conflict between work and family. The aim of this research is to see the influence of the family's role in contribution, communication, emotional attachment on the role conflicts experienced daily in their responsibilities as a mother and worker. This research is quantitative research that uses a simple regression test. Data was obtained from 65 participants using the General Functioning Scale of the Family Assessment Device (GF-FAD) and Work and Family Conflict Scale (WAFCS). The results show that family functioning has a negatively correlated influence on Work and Family Conflict among working mothers in DKI Jakarta.
