Abstract

Habitat cafe is one of the favourite cafes in Medan. The decline in purchasing decisions is a matter of concern. The number of visits that have decreased shows a decrease in purchasing decisions. This study aims to look at the influence of cafe atmosphere, product quality, price and lifestyle in impacting purchasing decisions. The research method in this study is quantitative and descriptive using a causality study with a sample of 100 consumers. Respondents are customers who are taken using sampling criteria using non probability with snowball sampling.The distribution of questionnaires has passed the validity and reliability tests. The data tested has also passed the normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that cafe atmosphere, product quality, price perception, and lifestyles simultaneously had positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a coefficient of determination of 74.6%, while partially cafe atmosphere, product quality, price perception, and lifestyles had positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. It can be recommended to Habitat Cafe to give regular training to employee, increasing creativity in plating tehnicques, promoting openness in ingredients used, diverse menu options and teach employees to have good communication skills. / Kafe Habitat adalah salah satu kafe favorit di Medan. Penurunan keputusan pembelian menjadi hal yang memprihatinkan. Jumlah kunjungan yang mengalami penurunan menunjukkan adanya penurunan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh atmosfer kafe, kualitas produk, harga dan gaya hidup dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan deskriptif dengan menggunakan studi kausalitas dengan sampel sebanyak 100 konsumen. Responden merupakan pelanggan yang diambil menggunakan kriteria pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability dengan snowball sampling Penyebaran kuesioner telah melewati uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data yang diuji juga telah lolos uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atmosfer kafe, kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan gaya hidup secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 74,6%, sedangkan secara parsial atmosfer kafe, kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Disarankan kepada Habitat Cafe untuk memberikan pelatihan secara berkala kepada karyawan, meningkatkan kreativitas dalam teknik penyajian, mengedepankan keterbukaan dalam bahan-bahan yang digunakan, pilihan menu yang beragam dan mengajarkan karyawan untuk memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
