Abstract
Smartphone merupakan suatu alat yang fungsinya lebih dari sekedar alat komunikasi dan telah menjadi teknologi yang berkembang pesat, akibatnya banyak produsen berlomba-lomba untuk menciptakan smartphone yang terdiri dari berbagai pilihan spesifikasi dan harga. Dengan banyaknya pilihan smartphone yang tersedia di pasaran dan minimnya informasi tentang smartphone membuat calon pembeli bingung dalam menentukan pilihan smartphone, sehingga diperlukan sebuah perhitungan yang berlandaskan penilaian yang adil agar dapat menghasilkan keputusan yang tepat dalam pemilihan smartphone. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menerapkan metode AHP dan metode SAW dalam melakukan perhitungan pemilihan smartphone terbaik dikarenakan kedua metode tersebut termasuk ke dalam Multiple Criteria Decision Making. Kedua metode akan dibandingkan untuk menemukan metode mana yang paling sesuai dan diimplementasikan sesuai dengan kriteria dalam pemilihan smartphone. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh pada perhitungan kedua metode terdapat pada perbedaan pemeringkatan, dimana peringkat pertama untuk metode AHP berada pada alternatif A354 (Tecno Pova 5) dengan perolehan nilai sebesar 0,25179355 sedangkan metode SAW berada pada alternatif A132 (Vivo X100 Pro 16/1000) dengan perolehan nilai sebesar 0,534306104. Hasil tingkat kesesuaian yang diperoleh dari metode AHP adalah 99.99801% dan metode SAW adalah 99.9963%. Berdasarkan hasil tingkat kesesuaian yang diperoleh, metode AHP dinilai lebih sesuai untuk diimplementasikan dalam pemilihan smartphone terbaik.
/ A smartphone is a device that serves more than just a communication tool and has become rapidly developing technology. As a result, many manufacturers compete to create smartphones that consist of various specification and price options. With the many smartphone choices available in the market and the lack of information about smartphones, potential buyers are confused in determining the choice of smartphones. Therefore, a calculation based on fair assessment is needed to produce the right decision in choosing a smartphone. Therefore, this study applies the AHP and SAW methods in calculating the best smartphone selection because both methods are included in Multiple Criteria Decision Making. Both methods will be compared to find the most appropriate method and implemented according to the criteria in choosing a smartphone. Based on the results obtained in the calculation of both methods, there are differences in ranking, where the first rank for the AHP method is on alternative A354 (Tecno Pova 5) while the SAW method is on alternative A132 (Vivo X100 Pro 16/1000). The level of conformity obtained from the AHP method is 99.99801% and the SAW method is 99.9963%. Based on the level of conformity obtained, the AHP method is considered more suitable to be implemented in the best smartphone selection.
