Abstract
Karya Group is the holding company of PT. Karya Plasindo and PT. Karya
Mandiri Pratama Plasindo with over 30 years of experience in polybags
manufacturing. PT Karya Mandiri Pratama Plasindo, Medan experienced a
decline in customer loyalty that can be seen from the sales data and number of
purchase transaction this was suspected due to trust, product quality and service
performance. The aim of this research is to investigate whether trust, product
quality and service performance have simultaneous influence customer loyalty at
PT Karya Mandiri Pratama Plasindo, Medan.
The writer used quantitative research design and SPSS. The writer used
descriptive and causal. The sampling technique used was Convenience sampling
technique. The population size was 128 customers (B2B) and sample size were
97 customers. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of hypothesis test showed that trust has partial on customer
loyalty at PT Karya Mandiri Pratama Plasindo, Medan, product quality has partial
influence customer loyalty at PT Karya Mandiri Pratama Plasindo, Medan,
Service performance has partial influence customer loyalty at PT Karya Mandiri
Pratama Plasindo, Medan. Trust, product quality and service performance have
simultaneous influence on customer loyalty at PT Karya Mandiri Pratama
Plasindo, Medan.
Recommendations for company increase trust by improving the ability of
employees to be able to serve customers , implements various design innovations
and improve optimal service performance / Karya Group adalah perusahaan induk dari PT. Karya Plasindo dan PT.
Karya Mandiri Pratama Plasindo dengan pengalaman lebih dari 30 tahun di
bidang manufaktur polybag. PT Karya Mandiri Pratama Plasindo, Medan
mengalami penurunan loyalitas pelanggan yang dapat dilihat dari data penjualan
dan jumlah transaksi pelanggan hal ini diduga karena kepercayaan, kualitas
produk dan kinerja pelayanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk
mengetahui apakah kepercayaan, kualitas produk dan kinerja pelayanan
berpengaruh serentak terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di PT Karya Mandiri
Pratama Plasindo, Medan..
Penulis menggunakan quantitative research design dan SPSS. Penulis
menggunakan deskriptif dan kausal. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah
Convenience sampling technique. Ukuran populasi adalah 128 pelanggan (B2B)
dan ukuran sampel adalah 97 pelanggan. Teknik analisa data menggunakan
analisis regresi linear berganda.
Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan berpengaruh parsial
terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di PT Karya Mandiri Pratama Plasindo, Medan,
kualitas produk berpengaruh parsial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di PT Karya
Mandiri Pratama Plasindo, Medan, Kinerja pelayanan berpengaruh parsial
terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di PT Karya Mandiri Pratama Plasindo, Medan.
Kepercayaan, kualitas produk dan kinerja pelayanan berpengaruh simultan
terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di PT Karya Mandiri Pratama Plasindo, Medan.
Rekomendasi bagi perusahaan meningkatkan kepercayaan dengan
meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan untuk dapat melayani pelanggan,
mengimplementasikan berbagai inovasi desain dan meningkatkan kinerja
pelayanan yang optimal.
