Abstract

In the learning process, students' learning motivation is an important factor that drives students to achieve. In today's era, students' learning motivation is influenced by extrinsic factors and learning approaches. These factors include the digitization of learning and teacher competence as extrinsic factors, and teaching methods as a learning approach factor. Using the path analysis research model, the significance of these three factors on students' learning motivation will be tested. Additionally, there is a variety of teaching methods that serve as a mediating variable, which not only impacts learning motivation but is also affected by the variables of educational digitization and teacher competence. This study was conducted at XYZ Middle School in South Tangerang with a margin of error of 5% and a sample size of 176 students. By conducting linear regression tests and mediation variable tests, it can be concluded that implementation of educational digitalization, teacher competence, and variation in teaching methods have a direct positive and significant impact on students' learning motivation. Meanwhile, the variable of teaching method variation is proven to be a mediating variable, so the digitalization implementation in learning and teacher competence also have an indirect positive and significant impact on students' learning motivation through the variation in teaching methods. / Dalam proses pembelajaran motivasi belajar siswa merupakan faktor penting sebagai dorongan siswa untuk berprestasi. Pada era sekarang ini motivasi belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor ekstrinsik dan pendekatan belajar. Faktor-faktor tersebut terdiri dari digitalisasi pembelajaran dan kompetensi guru sebagai faktor ekstrensik dan metode pembelajaran sebagai faktor pendekatan belajar. Dengan menggunakan Model penelitian Analisis jalur akan diuji signifikansi ketiga faktor tersebut terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Selain itu terdapat variasi metode pembelajaran yang merupakan variable mediasi, yang selain berdampak pada motivasi belajar juga terdampak dari variable digitalisasi pendidikan dan kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP XYZ Tangerang Selatan dengan margin error sebesar 5% sampling yang digunakan sebanyak 176 orang siswa. Dengan melakukan uji Regresi liner dan uji variable mediasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan digitalisasi pendidikan, kompetensi guru dan variasi metode pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Sedangkan variable variasi metode pembelajaran terbukti dapat menjadi variable mediasi, sehingga penerapan digitalisasi pembelajaran dan kompetensi guru juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap motivasi belajar siswa melalui variasi metode pembelajaran.
